I. Customer information on electronic contract conclusion:

 

The following information for contracts concluded online within the framework of distance selling does not represent any contractual conditions.The contractual conditions are contained in our Terms and Conditions

 

1. Technical steps leading to the conclusion of the contract

When you have found your desired product in our online shop and, if necessary, have selected further options associated with the product, the product is placed in your personal shopping cart by clicking the button "place in shopping cart". You have the possibility to remove the respective product from the shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "Delete" box.

You can now select further products by using the navigation functions of the shop. You can view your entire shopping basket in detail at any time by clicking on the shopping basket window.

If you have decided to purchase the products in your personal shopping cart, log in with your user account or fill in all the necessary information for an order as a guest. You will now be guided through the ordering process, where you have to select the necessary details for delivery and payment.

At the end of the ordering process your already entered address data will appear. You can change these at any time. Please check now whether the shipping address and billing address are correct and correct them if necessary by clicking on the button with the pen . The order is then completed by clicking the "Buy now" button.

Hereby you submit a binding offer to us regarding all goods in the shopping cart. We will immediately confirm receipt of your order by sending you a confirmation e-mail automatically generated by our ordering system. Your offer to conclude a purchase contract is accepted by us by means of the order confirmation, at the latest, however, by handing over the ordered products.

 

2. Storage of the contract text and access for the customer

We store your order data and send it to you together with our general terms and conditions of business with the order confirmation by e-mail. Otherwise, access to your order data is not possible.

 

3. Input errors

You can correct your entries before completing the ordering process by clicking with the mouse on "Change" in the shopping cart or on the button with the pencil in the address data. You can also cancel the entire order process at any time. In this case of cancellation, your data will not be saved.

 

4. Contract language

You have the possibility to conclude contracts with us in German and English.

 

 

II. Payment options

We offer a variety of payment options for both private and business customers. Simply select the payment option that is best for you:

 

a) Cash payment upon collection

You have the option of paying the invoice in cash directly when you pick up the goods at our company headquarters in Schöneiche near Berlin.

 

b) Prepayment

As soon as your payment is received, we prepare the goods for shipment. We will wait a maximum of 14 days from the order confirmation for your receipt of payment, then we will cancel your order. Please note: Transfers - also online - may take 2-3 business days. Therefore we advise you not to pay in advance for urgent orders.

 

c) Paypal - applies only to Germany and not to business customers

You have the possibility to pay easily and securely via PayPal directly, which means that you can use the following payment options independently of a PayPal account:

 

      • PayPal,
      • credit card or
      • debit.

If customers want buyer protection, they can open a PayPal account during the order process. The goods will be shipped after the invoice amount has been made available on our PayPal account.

 

d) Company direct debit for business customers

As an existing customer, you can pay easily and conveniently with a SEPA company direct debit if you have already passed a positive credit check.

 

III. Delivery restrictions

We basically deliver within Europe (political) as well as to Switzerland.

On individual request by e-mail, we also deliver to other countries after appropriate checks.

 

IV. Delivery date

The delivery period is the period between placing the order by the consumer and delivery, for advance payments the period between payment and delivery.

Please find details of the delivery times here.

For countries which are not listed in our online shop in the list of countries to which we generally deliver and in respect of which we request an individual enquiry by e-mail, the expected delivery date will be communicated individually.

 

V. Terms of delivery and service

We commission selected logistics companies with the delivery of the ordered goods. Costs incurred for express and forwarding deliveries are shown separately in the order confirmation.

 

VI. Guarantee

MLW guarantees that the products are not afflicted with material defects as defined by the German Civil Code. The customer is entitled to the statutory warranty rights in the event of defects. For details, please refer to Section 9 of our terms and conditions.
